This project aims to improve the anesthesia process through the establishment of a pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics correlation model of anesthetics such as propofol.

The relation between plasma drug and vital parameters collected during anesthetic procedures, as well as the results of post-mortem tissue analyzes will be used to optimize a model of intravenous administration of anesthetics that ensures the best clinical outcomes.
