Scholarships from the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGES / DSAE)

According to Order no. º 8442-A/2012, scholarship applications must be submitted:
a) Between June 25 and September 30;

b) Within 20 working days of registration, when that occurs after September 30;

c) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs a) and b) the application may still be submitted between October 1 and May 31, in which case, the value of the scholarship to be awarded in proportion to the amount calculated in accordance with this Regulation, considering the period between the month following submission of the application and the end of the semester.

Merit Scholarship from the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGES / DSAE)

The merit scholarship, according to Order no.º 13531/2009 is a cash benefit, of fixed value, aimed at students who have shown outstanding academic achievement and a general average grade of at least 16/20 This scholarship applies to undergraduate, integrated masters, masters and technological specialization courses, and the selection criteria are established in each school year, as per official regulations.
